The lobbies and corridors of the building resemble a typical hospital. Residents share rooms that are neat, clean, and adequately furnished. Each room consists of two twin-sized beds, side tables, and storage areas for residents. Each room has an attached bathroom that both patients share. The common rooms for residents are comfortably furnished with sofas and other amenities. There is an indoor recreational area where residents can play table tennis and basketball. There is also an indoor gym where residents can exercise and achieve physical fitness. There is a beautiful swimming pool for residents with plenty of pool chairs for relaxation. He has over 10 years of experience working with adolescents and adults on psychiatric issues especially eating disorders. He is a trained neuroscientist from Stanford with expertise in the neurochemistry of psychiatric disorders. He has extensive experience of IOP treating eating disorders among patients. Apart from being the Medical Director at Fremont Hospital, he also holds the designation of Associate Physician in the Department of Pediatric and Psychiatry at UC San Diego School of Medicine.
