The first step towards recovery at the Casa Palmera is creating a highly individualized treatment plan that will meet personal needs of a patient.

The intensive outpatient program includes group therapy, relapse prevention planning, medication management, family education groups, process groups, co-dependency groups, and stress management treatment.
Continuing care includes group meetings every Tuesday from 6:00PM to 7:30PM for up to a year after discharge.

Rules and Regulations at Casa Palmera
Clients are not allowed to consume coffee during their recovery. The contact with the outside world is limited. Moreover, clients are not allowed to utilize social media. Electronic devices, sharp objects, jewelry, food, chemical liquids, CDs, alcohol, drugs, firearms, books not related to the treatment, and similar objects will be confiscated at the admission.
Visitations and computer services are allowed 72 hours after the admission. Patients are permitted to smoke in the designated areas outside.
The length of the stay varies from 30 to 90 days.
