The facility comprises of well-designed residential buildings, therapy rooms, an auditorium that doubles as a theatre, a dining room, and other recreational areas.

The residential halls can house up to fifty patients with 12 assigned medical beds and 38 assigned residential beds. They have double rooms with shared bathrooms and a lounge area. Some of the bedrooms even offer a view of the golf course. Male and female clients are housed separately while the recreational areas such as the library are communal.

The kitchen at the facility is fully-staffed and provides three full-course meals a day along with snacks. The menu is devised by qualified nutritionists to maximize the nutrition intake of resident clients. The campus has many walking trails, which provide residents with ample opportunities for socializing and physical activities.
