David Hu
Medical Director

David holds Bachelor’s degree and a medical degree from the New York University. He also went to the University of Miami’s Jackson Memorial Hospital where he completed an internship and residency. He has been in the behavioral health field for over ten years and specializes in the treatment of substance abuse disorders.

Executive Director

Fredi-Ruth holds a Bachelor’s degree from Clark University majoring in Sociology and a Master’s degree from the University of Sacramento majoring in Social Work with a specialization in Child and Family. Prior to working with the facility, she served in different capacities in different organizations including Victor Community Support Services where she served as the Executive Director.
