The facility also offers an intensive program for teenage and adolescent boys between the ages of 12 to 17 years suffering from sexual behavior issues. The program is called The Tanner Intensive Program for Behavioral Change, it is offered for four months to young men and each must complete the sessions that last for four hours daily, and five days weekly on the facility’s campus. Clients registered into this program are offered food and transportation during the duration of the program.

He is a certified public accountant and has served as the president and CEO of the facility since 1994. Prior to holding the position of CEO (of which he is the fifth to hold it), he served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Finance Officer at Union Hospital.

Bill holds a Master’s degree from the Pepperdine University where he majored in Business Administration. He manages and oversees all locations and provider groups (163) of Tanner Health Systems located in West Georgia and East Alabama. He also manages human resources, materials, high-level recruiting (physicians), support services, human health, construction, and many more.
