Mountain Manor Treatment Center is located in Emmitsburg in Frederick County, Maryland. It is a 46-bed facility that offers residential treatment services to adults and young adults, both male and female. The clients stay in gender-separated rooms. Rooms are either private that accommodate one client or semi-private which two clients share. Rooms are furnished with twin beds, desks, and closets for each client. Each room has an attached bathroom with basic amenities made available. There are common rooms and living areas for clients that are comfortable and cozy. Residents can spend their free time relaxing or watching TV in the common room. The Emmitsburg campus also has a long-term residential program called New Horizons for court-ordered men and women with addiction and co-occurring disorders. Additionally, another residential program called the Safe Harbor provides treatment services to pregnant and postpartum women whose children can also stay in the facility with them. Both the New Horizons and Safe Harbor program can accommodate 25 clients each. Similar living facilities are provided to these two residential programs with dorm-style rooms and amenities. Clients are served food in the cafeteria which is prepared by the in-house chefs. Nutritious and healthy meals are served to clients three times a day.

All of these successes can be attributed to the team of professional caretakers that make up the staff at Mountain Manor Center. The staff members are licensed and trained professionals who have vast experience in their respective fields. All staff members have experience of working in the behavioral healthcare industry and are appropriately qualified. The Medical Director at the center is Marc J. Fishman who is a member of the psychiatric faculty at the John Hopkins University School of Medicine. He is a certified Addiction Psychiatrist. Other members of the staff include Certified Alcohol Drug Counselors (CADCs), Counselors, Psychiatrists, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Social Workers, Licensed Social Workers (LSWs), and Psychologists. The center also employs trainees from the John Hopkins University School of Medicine and other local universities as members of its staff. The administrative, admissions, financial, and support staff assist in the day-to-day functioning of the center.
