The residential quarters have a total capacity of 60 beds for both male and female inpatients. These dormitory-style rooms are furnished with 2-4 beds each to be shared between roommates. The two buildings housing the transitional program have additional 20 beds for male and 15 beds for female clients. A separate building for young adults has 16 beds with each gender specific room furnished with two twin-sized beds to be shared by two residents.

The residential quarters of inpatient, young adult, and transitional programs are all equipped with a kitchen, a dining hall, and media rooms. The kitchen serves three meals a day and follows a planned menu. A salad bar and a snack station allow clients to fix themselves snacks throughout the day. Individual dietary requirements as well as restrictions are also accommodated.
