The programs offered at New Pathway include Outpatient, Partial Day Hospitalization, and Outpatient Opiate Detox. The center also offers the program of Guided Meditation in which clients are taught how to create balance and change their mindsets for the positive through guided meditation. The highly-qualified and dedicated staff at the center provides family counseling and positive peer mentorship to clients in a private and secure environment that ensures lasting recovery for clients.

Housing and Food at New Pathway

New Pathway Counseling Services Inc. is situated at four different locations in New Jersey. All facilities only offer outpatient and partial day treatment programs for teens and adults suffering from alcoholism, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders. Based on factors such a client’s strengths and weaknesses, type of problem, and other factors, a therapist evaluates each client and places him/her accordingly in the Outpatient, Partial Hospitalization Program(PHP), or the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The Soar Program for adolescents and adults integrate physical fitness activities along with evidence-based therapies that treat the mind, body, and spirit of clients. For this reason, the facility provides a variety of physical activity options. These include a gym with state-of-the-art equipment and fitness trainers that guide clients during physical activity sessions. Clients are also offered yoga classes, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong; all under the supervision of licensed therapists and counselors. The different sessions of various activities are carried out from 9 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 6 pm. In between these times, clients are served lunch which is prepared by the in-house kitchen staff. Food is served in the cafeteria in break times. Snacks are available at all times when the cafeteria is open.

Each client is evaluated and inducted in a particular program for a particular duration. The cost of the initial assessment is $180, individual therapy for $80, and group therapy for $100. These and other costs of treatment can be privately paid by the client or through insurance. New Pathway accepts insurance plans of various companies.
