The campus comprises one large building that is built in modern architecture. The building’s interior is beautifully decorated to give a warm and welcoming feel to clients and families. The center provides beautiful and luxurious accommodations to clients. Clients stay in private and semi-private rooms furnished with beds, side tables, dressers, and closets. Each room has an attached bathroom with all basic amenities provided. There are a few meeting rooms, therapy rooms, and waiting rooms at the campus. A common room is available for residents where they can relax, watch TV, or read books in their free time. The outdoor courtyards and beautiful lawns offer a peaceful atmosphere where residents can take walks, meditate, or contemplate while experiencing the healing power of nature. The campus has on-site chefs who prepare healthy and delicious meals for clients three times a day. Meals are served in the cafeteria where clients are provided with a number of food options to choose from. Food allergies or special dietary specifications of clients are also accommodated.

Chief Executive Officer
Tiffany has a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas, Austin. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with many years of experience in the behavioral healthcare industry. She has worked in the psychiatric units of various hospitals and facilities in residential, outpatient, and intensive outpatient programs. She played a pivotal role in creating the modern, spa-like facility that offers a tranquil and comfortable environment at Sage Recovery and Wellness center.
Medical Director and Adult Psychiatrist
Dr. Weatherby received his medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center – Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Residency in General Psychiatry at Seton Healthcare Family General Psychiatry. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. His areas of interests include a patient-centered, integrated approach to psychiatric care utilizing psychotherapy and pharmacological treatment.
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Adrienne has an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and a Master’s of Science in Nursing from the Vanderbilt University School of Nursing. She is board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
