Project Turnabout Overview

Project Turnabout is an addiction recovery center whose services offer real hope for a brighter future for people who are addicted to drugs, alcohol, and gambling. The treatment center was founded 48 years ago, in 1971, and began providing both inpatient and outpatient services in the abandoned sanitarium on the outskirts in Granite Falls, Minnesota. Over the years Project Turnabout developed into one of the most reputable treatment centers in the area and expanded by building and buying new facilities.
In 2000, a tornado hit and destroyed most of the building, and it took years to rebuild Project Turnabout. The recovery center treats men and women, adult and adolescent patients, provides family support and offers both inpatient and outpatient services.
