The Boonville Valley Hope rehabilitation center is located in the small town of Boonville in friendly Missouri. The Boonville Valley Hope is, in fact, a rehabilitation center that works under a large organization called the Valley Hope Association which is a nationally recognized organization working to help addiction patients in their path to recovery. The Boonville Valley Hope rehabilitation center offers treatment to adolescents and adults, age 16 and above, in need of medical detox and treatment for their substance abuse issues – alcohol and drug addiction. The facility does not treat co-occurring mental health issues and does not offer a dual diagnosis. The program is recommended only to patients who do not require 24/7 medical supervision and care, and to those who for any reason are not able to leave school or work to join in the inpatient treatment program. The outpatient treatment program includes six to eight hours of group therapy sessions on a weekly level, individual therapy sessions according to the needs of the patient, relapse prevention, and family therapy sessions.
