What is Warwick Manor’s Referral and Admission Process?
Warwick Manor accepts clients from self-admittance, family, employers, concerned individuals, hospitals, physicians, mental health professionals, outpatient treatment providers, courts, and social services. Business hours for admissions and appointments are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
A pre-admission intake, by phone, is used to determine the level of care Warwick Manor will provide. After the pre-interview is complete, the admissions professional will schedule an assessment. The admission criteria are based on the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM).

What Do I Need to Take with Me to Warwick Manor?
